Designed & Installed to UK Standards
New pallet racking installations carry full legal accountability under HSE PUWER 1998 and SEMA codes of practice. Every system we design is engineered to EN 15512 (steel static storage systems) and EN 15620 (tolerances, deformations and clearances), with stamped manufacturer load calculations issued as part of the project file.
Installation is carried out by SEIRS-registered fitters with full insurance, RAMS, and on-site supervision. We fit signed-off load notices to every bay and provide a post-install SEMA-style safety inspection so the system is signed clear for use on the day of completion.
Every project includes a full project file: structural calculations, CAD layouts, manufacturer warranty, load notices, installation certificate, and post-install inspection — exactly what your insurer, HSE inspector, or SEMA-approved inspector will want to see.
