New narrow aisle racking (NA / VNA) is the highest-density adjustable pallet racking layout available in the UK — purpose-engineered to be served by guided turret or articulated trucks running in aisles as narrow as 1.5–1.8m. Compared with wide-aisle APR, VNA typically adds 30–40% more pallet positions inside the same building footprint.

Every VNA project starts with a full design study: pallet profile, MHE selection, floor flatness (DM1 / FM2), aisle guidance system (wire or rail), top-tie geometry, and end-of-aisle protection. We deliver the racking, the wire guidance, the rack-end protection, and the SEIRS sign-off as one package.
Our installations meet EN 15620 floor-flatness specifications and integrate cleanly with VNA truck OEMs (Linde, Combilift, Jungheinrich). For brownfield warehouses we can also assess existing slabs and recommend remediation before the racking is built.
