    NEW PUSH BACK RACKING

New push back racking combines the density of drive-in with the multi-SKU flexibility of APR. Pallets sit on a sprung carriage that gravity-feeds forward as each pallet is removed — you get 2–6 pallets deep per lane, served from a single conventional aisle, with LIFO rotation.

    From £420 per bay (push-back carriage, supplied & installed) · SEMA-compliant · UK-wide supply & install

We supply and install push back systems UK-wide with full engineered design — pallet weight envelope, carriage geometry, brake calibration, and SEMA-compliant end-of-lane protection. Every installation ships with stamped load notices and a SEIRS sign-off.

Push back works particularly well in 3PL operations storing 4–8 pallets per SKU, beverage and confectionery distribution, and any environment where drive-in's FILO rotation is unsuitable. Our designers will model both options against your stock profile before recommending.
