Used Pallet Racking For Sale — UK Stock, Delivered in 3–5 Days

New racking carries a mill lead time of six to ten weeks. Our used stock is already built, already inspected and sitting in our Midlands yard — which is why most urgent warehouse projects come to us. Tell us bay count, beam length, upright height and duty rating and we will confirm availability and price the same day.

What we typically hold in stock

Stock turns over weekly as clearances come in, so treat this as an indication of the systems and specifications we deal in rather than a fixed list. Call for live availability before you plan a run.

    Dexion Speedlock frames & beams

    Frames 900/1,100mm deep, 3m–10m high. Beam pairs 2,700mm & 3,300mm, 1,000–2,500kg UDL.

The most common UK system — easiest to extend later.

    Link 51 XL

Stepped weld-on connector, frames to 12m, box beams 2,700mm+.

    Heavy-duty distribution and manufacturing runs.

    Redirack

Bolted connector plates, 900/1,100mm frames, wide beam range.

Robust choice where forklift traffic is heavy.

    Apex / Stow / Mecalux

European profiles, frames 3m–11m, beam UDLs to 3,000kg.

Matching extensions to existing European systems.

    Long span shelving

Hand-loaded bays with timber or mesh decks, up to 500kg per level.

Parts, cartons, archive and mezzanine picking floors.

    Cantilever arms & columns

Single and double sided, arms 500–1,500mm.

Timber, steel, board, pipe and carpet storage.

How to specify what you need

Four numbers get you an accurate quote. Beam length — 2,700mm carries two UK 1,000 x 1,200mm pallets, 3,300mm carries three. Frame depth — 900mm for a single 1,200mm-deep pallet overhanging front and rear, 1,100mm where you want the pallet fully supported. Upright height — work back from your clear height, allowing at least 500mm between the top pallet and any sprinkler, service or roof steel. Duty rating — the heaviest pallet you will store, expressed as UDL per beam pair.

From there the arithmetic is simple. Beam pitch equals your loaded pallet height plus roughly 100mm lift clearance, so a 1,200mm loaded pallet needs about a 1,300mm pitch. Divide the usable upright height by that pitch to get your beam levels, then multiply bays by levels by pallets per bay for total pallet positions. Our team does this on the phone with you in a couple of minutes — or use the warehouse designer to see it drawn.

Aisle width is the other constraint people forget. Counterbalance trucks want 3,200–3,500mm, reach trucks 2,600–2,800mm, and VNA 1,600–1,800mm. Choosing the wrong aisle for your fleet costs more than the racking itself, which is why we confirm truck type before finalising any layout.

    Tell us four numbers

Bay count, beam length, upright height, duty rating. Postcode if you want delivery. Photos if you are extending an existing run.

    2

    We match from live stock

We check what is physically on the ground, confirm brand and profile compatibility, and send photos of the actual components plus a written quote.

    3

    Survey or straight to order

For installed jobs we survey the slab, aisle widths and clear height, then issue a layout drawing showing pallet positions before anything is ordered.

    Delivery in 3–5 days

Loaded and delivered UK-wide, with Moffett or HIAB offload if your site needs it. Collections from our Midlands yard are same-week.

    5

    Installed and certified

SEIRS-registered fitters, floor fixings to calculated pull-out load, SEMA-format load notices and a works completion certificate at handover.

    Delivery, access and offload

Racking is long, heavy and awkward. A 10m upright will not corner in a tight yard, and a curtainsider cannot offload without a forklift on site. Before we book transport we ask three questions: what is the longest vehicle that can reach the door, do you have a truck and a driver available to offload, and is the hardstanding suitable in wet weather.

Where the answer to any of those is no, we send a Moffett or HIAB so the load can be offloaded without your involvement. Deliveries run UK-wide including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and we schedule to your gate hours rather than ours.

    • 3–5 working day standard dispatch
    • Same-week collection from our Midlands yard
    • Moffett / HIAB offload where required
    • Out-of-hours and weekend delivery for live warehouses
