3. Top-down dismantle (08:00–15:00). Engineers work from the highest beam level down, using IPAF-certified powered access. Beams are lifted clear before uprights, never the reverse — this is the SEIRS-mandated safe sequence.
4. Load and lash (15:00–17:00). Components banded onto Euro pallets, uprights bundled and strapped, transport secured under a HGV curtain-sider or flat-bed depending on volume.
5. Site clearance and floor sweep. Every fixing, packer and floor bolt lifted. Concrete floor holes are optionally filled with resin (add-on service) for landlord handover.
6. Works Completion Certificate. Signed off by our SEIRS engineer, countersigned by your site rep, filed against your dilapidations schedule the same day.
