Every job starts with a free site survey and RAMS (risk assessment and method statement). We're IPAF and CSCS certified, MEWP/scissor-lift trained, and carry £10 million public liability insurance — so even if the building itself is failing, the dismantling can be completed safely.

    Most dilapidated warehouse clearances are completed within 5–15 working days from acceptance of quote. A small unit (up to 200 bays) is typically 1–3 days on site. A large distribution centre (2,000+ bays, mezzanines and shelving) is usually 1–3 weeks with multiple crews. You also get certified dismantling, a waste transfer note, and a clearance certificate for compliance.

    Yes. Every project ends with a Works Completion Certificate confirming the racking has been safely removed, the site left in the agreed condition, and all steel accounted for (reused, resold, or scrapped with a duty-of-care waste transfer note). Landlords and dilapidations surveyors accept this as evidence the tenant obligations have been met.

    Wherever safely possible, yes. Reuse is far better environmentally than melting and re-rolling steel. Serviceable stock is inspected, load-tested, refurbished if needed, and resold as certified used pallet racking. Non-serviceable steel is sent to a licensed scrap facility with full waste transfer documentation. Typically 70–90% of a healthy inventory is reused.

    Both. Minimum viable job is typically 20 bays for a paid buyback — smaller than that we can still dismantle and remove for a fixed fee, or offer collection at cost. Large inventories (1,000+ bays) are our specialism and we can mobilise multiple crews and HGVs to hit tight timelines.
