Racking identification guide
Identify Dexion Racking
Dexion is a manufacturer name covering different product generations. Identification should be based on visible construction details, not colour alone.
Identify my rackingPhotographs that help
Photograph any Dexion label
Capture the upright face and side
Show the beam connector closely
Record the upright profile width
Use the free identifier
Upload up to ten photographs. The result separates visible evidence from assumptions and asks for more information when confidence is low.
Start photo checkMeasure before ordering
Record frame height and depth, beam clear length, upright profile width and beam levels. A capacity label can be useful evidence, but the identifier will not calculate or certify a safe load from a photograph.
Common questions
Can colour identify pallet racking?
No. Colours are reused, changed and repainted. Upright perforations, connector geometry, labels and measurements are more useful evidence.
Can I mix components from two brands?
Do not assume components are compatible. A competent supplier or engineer should verify the exact system and component combination before use.
What happens if the photographs are unclear?
The identifier returns a low-confidence result and asks for exact additional views instead of inventing a manufacturer or system.
